Bertrhude Albert, Ph.D.  CEO//Co-Founder Bertrhude is a recent Ph.D. graduate from the department of Agricultural Education and Communication at UF specializing in Extension Education. As a Haitian American, Bertrhude Albert finds herself enamored by the story of the Haitian people and committed to seeing Haiti rise to her full potential and destiny through sustainable development and human capacity growth. Currently, she is the CEO and co-founder of a Gainesville based 501(c)3 nonprofit, Projects for Haiti.

Priscilla Zelaya, Ph.D.  COO//Co-Founder Priscilla Zelaya is the Co-Founder and COO of Projects for Haiti. She received her Bachelors and Masters degrees from the University of Florida in Elementary Education. Priscilla received her Ph.D. from the University of Florida in Agricultural Education and Communication with a specialization in Extension Education. She hopes to live her life inspiring others to pursue their dreams and use their God-given talents to change the world.

Josh Bastian, M.B.A. Chief Financial Officer Josh is fueled by a passion for ending poverty. His diverse resume includes international experience with both for-profits and non-profits, in the fields of finance, accounting, management and marketing. In addition to being the CFO of P4H, he received his MBA from Rollins College and works as an accountant.

Victoria Shelly, M.A.  Program Director Victoria is a south Florida native who earned both her Bachelor and Master of Arts degrees in Linguistics from University of Florida. Victoria is a south Florida native who earned both her Bachelor and Master of Arts degrees in Linguistics from University of Florida. She began her time as Program Director of P4H soon after her trip to Haiti in 2012 when she first realized the privilege it is to work alongside Haitians to achieve their goals.

Scott Miller Development Director Scott's passion lies in the linkages between the study of economics and its application to sustainable development in Haiti. He wholeheartedly believes that the solutions to Haiti's problems lie within the hearts and minds of the Haitian people, and he plans on spending the rest of his life partnering with them to help tap into those solutions.

Amanda DiLorenzo Internal Operations Director Amanda has work with Projects for Haiti since its beginning, traveling to Haiti for the first time in March 2011 and has returned more than eight times since. Amanda is alumna of the University of Florida and is currently continuing her education at UF in Counselor Education by earning a Master’s in Education and Education Specialist degrees. Also works as Career Counselor at the UF Career Resource Center.
