P4H Training Center

Training People to Transform Nations

Our programs build the capacity of the Haitian people so they have the skills, knowledge and experience to achieve the dreams they have for themselves, their community, and their country. Over the past years, we have experienced a dramatic growth, forcing us to look for a new venue to host our large-scale programs. In the summer of 2015, for example, over 650 Haitian educators from around the nation traveled to Cap-Haitian to attend our 4th Annual Educator Professional Development Conference. Unfortunately, we were only able to accept 600 Educators because of the limited space in the facility. Furthermore, we were unable to rent out the facility for more than two weeks, which limited our ability to offer training to more Educators.

In 2015, we made a commitment to begin building a training center, the first of its kind in the area that would host our many capacity building programs. The training center is the first of its kind in the Cap-Haitien area. We are proud to announce that starting March 2017, all of our programs will be hosted at our very own Training Center.

We would like to thank the Olive Tree Foundation and Sunrise Rotary in Gainesville for their support in helping us finish the center.
