Josh is fueled by a passion for ending poverty. His diverse resume includes international experience with both for-profits and non-profits, in the fields of finance, accounting, management and marketing. Josh has more than seven years of experience in the for-profit sector. He holds a finance degree from UCF and an MBA from Rollins College.

Victoria is a south Florida native who earned both her Bachelor and Master of Arts degrees in Linguistics from University of Florida. She began her time as Program Director of P4H soon after her trip to Haiti in 2012 when she first realized the privilege it is to work alongside Haitians in achieving their goals.

Scott Miller, Ph.D.
Research Director
Scott Miller is a development economist who specializes in impact evaluation. His work includes large scale evaluations in Haiti, Nepal, Niger, Madagascar, Syria, and Timor-Leste. He earned his Ph.D. at the University of Florida in 2021.

Amanda DiLorenzo-Garcia, Ph.D.
Internal Operations Director
Amanda has worked with P4H since its beginning, traveling with the organization for the first time in March 2011 and has returned more than eight times since. Amanda is alumna of the University of Florida and is currently continuing her education at UF in Counselor Education by earning a Master’s in Education and Education Specialist degrees. Also works as Career Counselor at the UF Career Resource Center.

Cam received his M.S. in Agricultural Education and Communication specialized in Leadership Development. His loves for leadership education, sustainable development, and international aid intersect in his role where he oversees our US-facing programs and builds partnership opportunities for our School Quality Assurance program in Haiti. He brings creativity, energy, and passion to the team as he innovates and enhances our organization.

Widner is a University of Florida graduate with his Bachelors degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology. He has a strong passion for sustainable development, education, and missions.
