Laurent is a graduate of IFM Milot (Initial Training Accelerated) and Public University of North Cap-Haitien (UPNCH) with specialized studies in Psychopedagogy. He energizes our trainings with his radiating joy and love for education and the Haitian people. Laurent believes that the passion within him can have a big impact on the teachers he meets in Haiti through P4H trainings.

Remy was born in Cap-Haitian and has been a lover of music since childhood. After high school, he went to school to study music and carpentry, and began playing in the church he grew up in. He continued his studies at Notre Dame de Lourdes School, receiving a degree in Legal Sciences, and a Master of Education degree at Emmaus University. Remy has taught at several schools in the North Department and currently works with P4H in the Observation Department. He not only utilizes his vast knowledge of pedagogy in our training sessions, but also his musical gifting to write, record, and play songs to increase engagement and learning.

Tavien graduated in Education Sciences at IFM Milot and FIA (Initial Training Accelerated) in 2012. He also received a degree in Economics at the Faculty of Law, Economics and Management at Public University of North Cap-Haitien (UPNCH). His vision is to see 100% Haitian Educators receive better training in order to become more effective in their classrooms. He believes that with his help he can inspire others with is dream for Haitian teachers.

Marc-Lee was born in Acul-du-Nord and studied Political Science at UEH (Campus Henry Christopher of Limonade). His background in pedagogy is teaching English, French, and Philosophy. One of his many special skills is writing. Marc-Lee believes that education is the tool that can be used to change Haiti, and he is excited about being a part of that change with P4H.

Kenston was born in Dondon, Haiti where he spent his primary years studying. He studied Scholarly Administration of Law and at UPNCH (Public University North of Cap-Haitian) and is currently studying Economic Science. Kenston has spent the last 4 years tutoring students in the 9th and 12th grade to help them successfully pass their state exam. He is one of P4H’s dynamic trainers and also works in logistics. Kenston is working with passion until the day that every Haitian child can receive quality education right in their home country.

Jino has a Bachelor’s Degree in Education Sciences, and studied Mathematics and Physics from Public University North of Cap-Haitian (UPNCH). Jino is certified in Law at the State University of Haiti (UEH), as well as in Computer Sciences at the State University of Haiti at Limonade Henry Christophe’s Campus. Jino believes education is the tool needed to overcome the hardships Haiti faces and to see the country develop. He wants to give the best of himself to see a new Haiti arise. He works as an Education Specialist & Trainer at P4H Global.

Davidson is a graduate of Education, History and Geography. He has also studied Communication and Psychology. Currently, Davidson is getting a Master's Degree in Economics and Management of Local Authorities. Prior to working with P4H as an Education Specialist & Trainer, he taught History, Geography, and French for four years. As a Haitian, Davidson finds great joy in Haiti and is committed to the well-being of the country because he strongly believes in the development of Haiti.

Miclide was born in Port-au-Prince. She studied Ticketing at ISCCH (Institut Sacré-Coeur du Cap-Haïtien) and Office Computing at CEPAM de Mirebalais. She has also received training in leadership, communication, and personal development. Miclide managed to gain as much knowledge, skills, and experience as possible to be successful at her work. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends. Miclide’s philosophy is to stay open to learning because it is enlightening.

Jenème was born in Terrier-Rouge, is married, and studied computer science at UNASMOH. He is the head of the technology department at the Jesus Foundation House of Prayer and Worship and also at P4H Global. He graduated in Agricultural Technology at NOVISTA and in Computer Graphics at D&F Professional School. Jenème loves to use his passion and skills in technology to see educational transformation in Haiti!

Emiles is our General Director and one of the trainers at P4H Global. He obtained several certificates from various education programs. He is a certified English Speaker from the Caribbean Institute of Banking, Cap-Haitien TOEFL Center and completed his four year degree in Haitian Law. His life goal is to contribute to causes beyond himself, which has a positive impact on him. He fearlessly leads our team of dynamic Education Specialists and Trainers.

Wendy is a Cap-Haitian native and received his degree at UPNCH (Public University North of Cap-Haitian) in Education Science with a focus in Psychopedagogy. After his years of experience as a general supervisor, head of education and censor, he now works with P4H as one of our trainers. Like Nelson Mandela, he continues to believe that education is the most powerful weapon that can change Haiti’s current situation. His vision is to contribute to the sustainable development of the country through quality education.

Soniel received degrees in Education Sciences from the Public University North of Cap Haitian (UPNCH) and Legal Sciences at State University of Haiti (UEH). At a very young age, Soniel cultivated a deep passion for education. After finishing his university studies, he chose to become a teacher so that he could invest in the children of his community. Papatoute was born in Saint- Raphaël, a city in the North Department of Haiti. He studied Education Sciences, specializing in History and Geography at the Public University North of Cap-Haïtien (UPNCH), as well as Law UEH at Cap- Haïtien. He also studied active pedagogy and transformational leadership at Teach for Haïti (Anseye pou Ayiti) prior to working with P4H Global. Papatoute shares the vision of P4H Global - to see 100% of Haitian teachers trained and equipped with student-centered strategies. Papatoute believes that P4H Global is the change, and because he is a part of P4H, He is the change!

Dulcie was born in Cap-Haitian. She did her university studies at UPNCH where she focused on Administrative Sciences, and her study of Active Pedagogy took place with APA (Anseye pou Ayiti). Following that time, she spent 6 months working as an Educational Facilitator at a school in Cap-Haitian. And now, she is using her expertise as an Educational Specialist & Trainer with P4H Global. Obed is a community leader, an educator, teacher, and a passionate Haitian citizen. Obed is a graduate from the Active Pedagogy and Transformational Leadership program with Anseye Pou Ayiti (APA). He is also a graduate in Business Administration with Public University of the North in Cap-Haitien (UPNCH). As a teacher and educator who sees a great need in Haiti’s educational system, he believes that only quality education can bring about a change in the situation facing the country of Haiti. He believes that, with quality education, we will be able to equip Haitian teachers with the strategies they need to create sustainable change in Haiti. He is a Programming Director at F.E.T.E. (Forum Total and Effective Education) and an Education Specialist & Trainer at P4H Global.

Rogenel graduated with a degree in Political Science in 2018. He then went on to study Criminal Justice in 2020.
